Alpha Compressor oils are mineral oils with specific high-performance additives, antioxidant and anti-wear, designed to lubricate screw and reciprocating air ( 68, 100, 150 , 3000) compressors with high discharge temperatures. It prevents carbon build-up and the formation of varnishes and allows good air/oil separation. It is a lubricant specially designed for cylinders and rotary or reciprocating compressor mechanisms, whether it is inert air or gas, with high discharge temperatures up to 220 0 C which helps to better lubricate equipment, preventing valve clogging and sticking.
As a result of the addition and quality of the metal bases chosen for its composition, it is a lubricant suitable for use in screw compressors that do not operate at high temperatures and for lubricating large reciprocating compressor cylinders.
